Ingredients:

For the burgers:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  1. To make the burgers, divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
